Shipping Information

We researched the best and most cost effective freight options that include Fedex, UPS and USPS.  Our standard shipping used is first class or flat rate USPS unless otherwise requested. Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 3-5 business days for USPS Priority Shipping and if requested up to 5-10 business days for Ground Shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to New Hue Textile Studio due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. New Hue is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. Lost or Stolen Packages – New Hue Textile Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, New Hue Textile Studio will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We cannot accept returns for items purchased through one of our retailers. Please contact the retailer for their return policy.

We will gladly accept exchanges of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from our website within 15 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all non-defective items. "Non-defective" means the product is produced to the specification of New Hue. The "Defectiveness" of a product is at the sole discretion of New Hue Textile Studio. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
