Inspiration Corner: Maine

Well, I just settled into my new place in Park Slope, Brooklyn and am very excited about all that is to come and all that this amazing city has to offer. Upon arriving, the hustle and bustle of the city seemed quite heightened after spending the last two weeks in rural Maine. The noises of each place definitely contrast the other.

All is new and fresh in different ways. I wanted to round up some inspirational pictures from my last week in Maine as I spent time in Port Clyde, Portland, flying above Rockland in a sweet two-seater Piper Cub and walking around the magnificent Victorians and Colonials of old. It was another glorious week in Maine and that last day in Portland revealed a crispness in the air that signaled Autumn is around the corner.

Cheers, and I will follow up with some new discoveries from Brooklyn next week. Happy Labor Day all!
