Inspiration Corner: New York City

The air is crisp and the leaves are officially turning from green to red, yellow and orange. The temperature is a brisk 49 degrees, oh yes, October is here. It is time again to break out all those sweaters and socks and it is indeed my favorite time of the year. Not only is it a time for renewal and a clear indication that change is ever-presently a part of life, but it is a time for innocence and nostalgia. Speaking of innocence, I am thrilled to be here for Halloween and participate in the local festivities! What ghoulish things are happening at the Lady BIM studio Sam and Susan?

The modern vs. the not-so-modern / few things beat  the quality of light here on a crisp day at sunset

I really enjoy how construction sites here have windows so you can see what progress is being made on the site / these make for wonderful perspective teasers

One of my favorite places in Brooklyn =  the Brooklyn Library on 9th st. / It's a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city
